Refund policy

How do I Return?

At Foal and Steed we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, or unused and in its original packaging. Please email us at support@foalandsteed.com with your order number and a reason for return. We will provide a you with a return address where you can send the item.

Charges for return? 

You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping. The original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item in damaged. 

How soon I will get a refund?

Once your return is receive and inspected, we will email you to notify that we have received your item.   

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed and credited to the original method of payment.
